Regeneris facilitating a bright digital future

At Regeneris we have been developing our digital and innovation-based portfolio, and continue to provide digital advice work to an increasing number of clients.  Building on our expertise and in-depth knowledge we are involved in a number of exciting and, dare we say, innovative projects.  Most notably in the last couple of months our team has:

  • worked with the New Beacon Group to develop an ERDF funding application for an incubator aimed at digital media start-ups;
  • reviewed plans for a Centre for Cyber Security at the University of Wolverhampton, who plan to create a globally-significant facility at the heart of a cyber cluster;
  • facilitated a workshop with Leeds City Council on options to extend the reach and exploitation of full fibre broadband in the city.

In addition, we are completing an in-depth bespoke analysis of digital futures for the Fastershire partnership in Herefordshire and Gloucestershire, supporting Buckinghamshire County Council with an Open Market Review to help secure more investment in broadband locally.  We will share further insights on this project in due course.  And finally, we are creating an evidence base to showcase the digital and tech excellence across the West of England.

Our research has also been widely cited with the recent launch of two reports. Our research for City Fibre looked at the economic impact an enhanced digital infrastructure could have in cities across the UK.  While our work for BT Openreach looked at the social and economic impact of providing superfast broadband in rural communities.
