Before joining Regeneris in 2011 as a Research Consultant, Luke completed an internship at The Ministry for Infrastructure, Transport and Communications in Malta, and Croydon Council.
Luke has considerable experience assessing the economic impact of varied projects including new housing developments, offshore wind farms, commercial land and property developments. He has led several project and programme evaluation studies, including ERDF-backed projects in London and the South East, such as RE:Start Local, MedTech Low Carbon Innovation, the FLASH project.
Over the past year Luke has also worked on objectively assessed housing need studies for both the public and private sectors, and his analysis has been used as part of public examinations.
Away from the office Luke is a keen runner and is always setting new personal records. He also enjoys experimenting in the kitchen.
