Jo joined Regeneris in 2016 and is from a legal and property background, with over 15 years’ experience in managing barristers’ chambers and 30 years’ experience in finance, business management and HR at a variety of professional firms. She manages the day-to-day running of the company’s finances, monitors the budgets and provides comprehensive management accounts/reporting. Jo also fulfils the role of Company Secretary.

Jo manages our HR function and, alongside our directors, ensures that our recruitment, induction and PDR processes are carried out in a professional and meaningful way. The pastoral care and wellbeing of staff is an area of particular interest to her.

As health and safety manager, Jo also maintains and reviews the various risk assessments and records for the office premises, ensuring that relevant legislation is complied with and that regular safety checks and training are undertaken.

As well as having responsibility for HR, financial management and health & safety issues, she also administers the company’s quality assurance scheme, to measure client satisfaction and ensure that the quality of services is continuously improved.

In her spare time, Jo is a cryptic crossword enthusiast, an avid reader and music-lover with a fondness for early reggae, electronica and house.
