As part of our drive towards excellence, and building upon our expertise Katie Dean and Michael Pang of Regeneris Consulting have recently been selected from over 850 applications across 114 countries to take part in the prestigious EvalYouth International Mentoring Program.
With the adoption of the Sustainable Development Goals, and in the face of growing demand, EvalYouth seeks to develop more young evaluators. The program therefore recognises the need for increased representation of the next generation of evaluators, and seeks to address the current market failures. With specialised training and development, the program will share knowledge to support individuals through peer mentoring with leaders in research, business and academia; this learning will be applicable in real-time scenarios.
Working in partnership with the International Development Evaluation Association (IDEAS), the International Organization for Cooperation in Evaluation (IOCE), the United Nations Evaluation Group (UNEG), the Independent Evaluation Office of UN Women, and the Global Evaluation Facility (GEF) this program has worldwide scope and applicants are able to draw on a network of international experience from a global cohort.
The insights and knowledge sharing opportunities will build on the strong expertise we already have at Regeneris and we look forward to sharing this learning with our colleagues and clients.
