Catherine Adams
Catherine Adams works as a research consultant in Regeneris Consulting’s Manchester office.Since joining the company in 2008, Catherine has worked across the full range of Regeneris’ research areas with a particular focus on studies which help promote entrepreneurism, innovation and support business growth. This includes work evaluating several Local Enterprise Growth Initiative Programmes and the national Knowledge Transfer Partnership programme. Recent mini stern work has given her an appreciation of the opportunities and challenges climate change legislation poses to sub regional economies.
After graduating from the University of Oxford with BA Honours in English, Catherine completed an MSc in Environmental Governance at the University of Manchester. For her Masters, she undertook a research placement at the NWDA, to investigate action to deliver a low carbon economy within the organisation and region. As part of a mentoring programme, Catherine carried out an environmental impact and feasibility study for the development of a new waste management system in Wales for Encia Environmental UK.
