Colin Crow

Colin Crow works as a research consultant in Regeneris Consulting’s Manchester office. He joined the company in 2008 after completing a Masters in Development Studies at the Institute for Development and Policy Management, University of Manchester.Colin provides strong experience of data analysis and has been responsible for utilising a range of quantitative techniques across our work. Since arriving at Regeneris, he has developed an expert knowledge of our work analysing major land & property, technology and innovation and enterprise and competitiveness investments and has a strong understanding of the policy environments in which these investments are made.

Colin has a background in Economics, graduating from Nottingham Trent University with a first-class degree in Business Economics. Since joining the company, Colin has developed extensive experience in analysing a range of socioeconomic datasets, undertaking survey research and economic modelling and utilising a range of sophisticated analytical tools. Recently this has included work on our evaluations of the Digital Region Broadband infrastructure project in South Yorkshire, the Local Enterprise Growth Initiatives in Liverpool & Sefton and St.Helens as well as for the socioeconomic impact analysis that will contribute towards the planning application for the major Liverpool and Wirral Waters schemes.

Away from the office, Colin spends much of his time playing with his baby son, Arthur. He is also a keen cyclist.
