Margaret Collins

Margaret is an Associate Director in Regeneris Consulting’s London office. She is an experienced economist with over eight years professional experience working in both the private and public sector. Margaret has led on a number of the firm’s evaluation studies (including IEF compliant evaluations) for both enterprise and skills projects. She also has a strong track record in advising on economic issues relating to land and property, working mainly for the private sector. Margaret has carried out economic impact assessments, which have often supported planning applications and involved the development of bespoke models. Finally, Margaret works on broader economic development strategy and policy work, building on her specialist expertise.

Margaret joined the firm following a six month period working for SGS Economics and Planning in Melbourne, Australia. Prior to this, she spent four years working for DTZ Consulting and Research on employment land and feasibility studies. Margaret started her career as an Economic Development Officer for Windsor and Maidenhead Council after completing an Economics degree at the University of York.

In her spare time, Margaret can regularly be found out with her local running club. She also enjoys overseas travel and visiting art galleries and exhibitions in London.
