Amy Gilham
Amy joined the Regeneris London office in 2007. She has strengths in economic strategy, land and property and evaluation.Amy is regularly involved in local area based projects and has worked on the development of economic strategies for areas such as Stratford, Thurrock and Croydon. She has evaluated a number of RDA, NDC, SRB and LEGI programmes including London Fashion Week for the London Development Agency.
Amy regularly manages business, enterprise and employment support projects. This has included a strategic review of Barking and Dagenham Enterprise (LEGI), an evaluation of Inspire South London (ERDF) and forward recommendations for employment support for Newham Workplace. Amy also has expertise in land and property including employment land reviews and social and community infrastructure modelling.
Throughout her career in economic development, Amy has worked on a number of high-profile national initiatives for clients including DEFRA, DCLG and the Technology Strategy Board. Prior to joining Regeneris Consulting, Amy worked at international regeneration and masterplanning specialists EDAW. Here she gained experience in baseline and strategy work as well as working on the 2012 Games for the Olympic Delivery Authority.
Amy has an MSc in Urban Regeneration from UCL and a BA in Geography from the University of Sheffield. She is a keen long-distance runner.
