Chris Paddock
Chris is an Associate Director in our London office, who joined Regeneris from EDAW in 2006.Chris is an experienced economic development and regeneration consultant who has worked on a variety of assignments for the public, private and third sectors. He has developed considerable experience across a wide range of economic development and regeneration areas and holds significant knowledge of current strategic and policy drivers in the UK.
Chris has taken a lead on several large scale projects, including developing economic strategies in Thurrock, Croydon, Stratford, North Kent, Merton and the Royal Docks. Chris has also recently produced a strategy and implementation plan to underpin regeneration related the Crossrail line.
Chris frequently leads Regeneris Consulting’s inputs into large multi-disciplinary teams and often provides social and economic inputs into Masterplan projects. In addition to this, Chris has a broad technical knowhow and regularly leads Regeneris Consulting’s impact evaluation and appraisal work.
A keen triathlete, Chris ‘enjoys’ nothing more than 6am swims and jogs down his local canal towpath.
