Ruth Hurd

Ruth has been the office and business manager at Regeneris Consulting since May 2002.Prior to joining Regeneris, Ruth worked as a solicitor in private practice in the Manchester and Trafford areas for fifteen years. At Regeneris Ruth has a remit for a number of important functions including human resources, financial management and health & safety. She manages the day-to-day running of the company’s finances, monitors the budgets and provides monthly financial reports relating to the company’s performance to the Directors’ Meetings.

Ruth has responsibility for the company’s quality assurance scheme, obtaining feedback from clients on completion of a study to measure their satisfaction with Regeneris’ work. This information is then utilised in a project review session with team members to look at how the service we offer could be improved.

As our health and safety manager, Ruth also maintains and reviews the various risk assessments and records for the office premises, ensuring that relevant legislation is complied with and that regular safety checks and training are undertaken. She has successfully completed the 5 day IOSH Managing Safely course together with First Aid and Fire Marshall qualifications.

Ruth is the company’s social secretary and arranges a number of events during the year, including the annual ‘awayday’ in November which involves a two-night stay in an interesting location in the UK or abroad.
