Tim Fanning

Tim joined Regeneris Consulting on completing an MSc in International Business and Management at Manchester Business School. He also holds a BSc in Government and Economics from the London School of Economics.Tim is an experienced consultant and economic analyst and has played a leading role in a wide range of assignments, across all of Regeneris' service areas. He has particular experience in socio-economic analysis and economic impact assessment, having developed impact assessments of Liverpool Football Club’s planned new stadium, AstraZeneca's UK operations, and, recently, the Leeds International Piano Competition.

Tim also has expertise in modelling non-marketed economic goods. He developed a tool for quantifying the economic value of a range of public goods supported by Green Infrastructure and recently analysed the non-market benefits of proposals for improving the environment at Stonehenge. In terms of policy areas, he is particularly interested in enterprise and business development, employment and skills, and tourism, culture and leisure.

In his spare time Tim is a keen musician, playing guitar in a Manchester band, and is also a self-confessed travel addict, claiming to have visited 30 countries in recent years.
