Regeneris Consulting present some early thoughts on how priorities for innovation, R&D and knowledge transfer could be overseen once RDAs have disappeared.
Despite the apparent end of regionalism, there remain good grounds for larger businesses and HEIs to establish shared priorities for investment and exploiting the technology opportunities open to the UK economy. National and local tiers do not provide the scale or depth of insight needed. Although there is great deal of uncertainty about the future, now is the time to be proactive and take stock.
