Regeneris has been appointed to carry out an economic assessment of London & Partners main business areas.
London & Partners was formed in 2010 as a merger of the remits of Visit London, Think London and Study London delivering value to visitors, businesses and students. Acting as the official promotional organisation for London, London & Partners currently focuses its work upon five main business areas – leisure tourism, business tourism, major events (such as the 2017 World Athletics Championships), higher education and attracting inward investment to London. It has an annual budget of around £14 million.
Regeneris Consulting was commissioned to carry out detailed economic research on each of these business areas to assist London & Partners in identifying which activities they should place more focus upon and which areas they should invest less time and money in. The work involves a detailed synthesis of existing research and data supported by consultations with London & Partners staff and external stakeholders.
The study is informing the development of London & Partners’ business plan for 2012/2013 and strategy for the next three years.
